Jon has a proven track record of placing senior talent across a range of sectors and geographies. Prior to Lotus, Jon built and led high performing practices at an award winning recruitment firm, where he headed up the People and Change Practice. Outside of work, Jon spends his time with his daughter Rose on the Sussex coast or trying to play the drums!
